Ritmo Alfa 1600 CNC TAB Fittings Fabrication Machine Ø 710-1600 mm

Alfa 1600 CNC TAB makes Ø 710-1600 mm elbows and Ø 710-1200 mm tees, crosses and wyes, and at 0-250 bar it is the highest capacity machine in the line. On the CNC TAB models the whole cycle is managed from an Android tablet (10" or 15.6", 1920 x 1200). Welding parameters, angle and segment count are set on the tablet, and the machine handles positioning through hydraulic clamps and applies welding pressure itself. Because production data is stored, the same fitting can be reproduced exactly.
