Alfa 63 CNC TAB makes 24-63″ IPS elbows and 24-48″ IPS tees, crosses and wyes at 0-250 bar — the largest fittings fabrication machine in imperial sizes.
On the CNC TAB models the whole cycle is managed from an Android tablet (10" or 15.6", 1920 x 1200). Welding parameters, angle and segment count are set on the tablet, and the machine handles positioning through hydraulic clamps and applies welding pressure itself. Because production data is stored, the same fitting can be reproduced exactly.
