Ritmo Pipe Support Ø 40-400 mm

The pipe support holds pipe from Ø 40 to 400 mm steady at working height. Its shaped head takes pipe up to Ø 400 mm and tilts to whatever angle the operator is working at. In working position it measures between 630-1100 x 365 x 660-760 mm. In electrofusion the result is decided largely by surface preparation: the oxidised skin has to be scraped off the whole welding zone, and the pipe has to be round and in line with the fitting. These tools make that preparation repeatable — scraping by hand with a blade leaves untouched patches, and that is the most common cause of failed joints.
