Ritmo Rerounder Ø 250-800 mm

Rerounders bring large-diameter pipe that has gone oval in storage or transport back to a shape that will enter an electrofusion coupler. Rerounder 250-400 weighs 27 kg, 450-560 weighs 41 kg and 630-800 weighs 60 kg, each working its own diameter range. In electrofusion the result is decided largely by surface preparation: the oxidised skin has to be scraped off the whole welding zone, and the pipe has to be round and in line with the fitting. These tools make that preparation repeatable — scraping by hand with a blade leaves untouched patches, and that is the most common cause of failed joints.
