Ritmo Pipe Squeezers Ø 16-200 mm

Squeezers pinch the pipe in a controlled way to stop flow temporarily without draining the line. Squeezer 63 is a quick manual tool for Ø 16-63 mm HDPE, with templates on the moving bar setting the safe squeeze. Squeezer 63-200 is the heavy-duty version: steel body, two carrying handles and a hand-operated hydraulic piston. In electrofusion the result is decided largely by surface preparation: the oxidised skin has to be scraped off the whole welding zone, and the pipe has to be round and in line with the fitting. These tools make that preparation repeatable — scraping by hand with a blade leaves untouched patches, and that is the most common cause of failed joints.
